A quick notice to people, I'm now underway to start booking hotels for next years May Expo which is on the 29th and 30th of May.

Myself and have come up with a mock plan

we found that the ibis excel is already fully booked and ibis docklands is a bit out of budget, so we reverted back to the Travelodge docklands which is 20 mins walk from excel.
For a room for 3 people (you can fit 4) it will cost £49, so thats £16 per person (or £12 per person). We're more keen on the idea to fit 4 in a room since its more cost effective.

Now Unfortuantely we can only really book for 1 night on the Saturday which might be pushing it just slightly (since I'll be in halo armour )
we could try to book it for two night on the friday but we ALL need to be able to do it and that means the cost will be £24 per person

really I need to know whos going, NOW!! If we want to get the rooms at the current price, since I feel it will go up by January and rooms may disappear
remember parents are welcome, and money DOESN'T need be given up front.

please think about it cos once you say your in your part of the party basically, but its oaky if you change your mind manager has to sort out mistakes ^^:. We'll sort out accommodation once we have a rough idea whos going (we will consider gender and age issues of course ...DANJO DANJO DANJO )
